Newest Product Enhancements Support Mobile and Cloud Strategies With Increased Support For iOS, Android and Windows Operating Systems.

Boulder, Colo., April 16, 2013 – Circadence®, a leading provider of WAN and network optimization solutions for commercial, healthcare and government customers, today announced availability of Circadence MVO™ 5.1. This latest product builds on the flagship MVO to include improved features and functionality to help organizations meet the pressing need for maintaining connections between network transitions due to unprecedented growth in BYOD (bring your own device) and the need for mobile strategies as a whole.

Companies depend on Circadence MVO WAN optimization solutions for rapid, reliable and secure transfer of data. With increased performance ranging from 100 to 4,000 percent across any network connection, Circadence patented Link Resilience™ eliminates downtime while data remains secure from end to end.

Responding to customer requests, Circadence MVO 5.1 is a seamless upgrade from MVO 5.0 with further advances in managing and improving content delivery with features and functionality including:

  • Improved performance across all networks: Companies can now rely on MVO 5.1 for safe, reliable and quick data transfer from any network connection to thousands of endpoints. With more individual connection optimization, these new parameters allow the hub to better optimize the endpoint. For the mobile worker, these latest upgrades give users the ability to maintain connections between network transitions. The move from 3G to WiFi or between carriers no longer results in a lost connection.
  • Extended OS support: MVO 5.1 supports the latest operating systems for iOS, Android, Windows, and Linux including iOS6, Android Jelly Bean, Windows 8 and RedHat/CentOS 6.3.  Users can expect updates every three to four months in collaboration with operating system upgrades and enhancements.
  •  Enhanced management capabilities: With MVO 5.1, managing hundreds or thousands of remote connections will be easier due to a more friendly user interface. Now administrators can view what they want, when they want - filtering by group or region while associating logical names to individual connections.
  • SDK Enhancements for iOS and Android: Support for additional integration options and protocols (HTTPS) allowing support for a wider variety of applications.

“From radiologists needing to access and read large data transfers on a tablet to the remote retailer that needs to validate a shoppers banking information, these enhancements address our customers’ most pressing needs – optimized access to enterprise applications to conduct mission critical business anywhere from any device,” said Michael Moniz, CEO of Circadence. “Circadence continues to be at the forefront in providing WAN optimization solutions for companies implementing mobile and cloud strategies.”
